Do you sell to end users, or only to partners?
Both. We supply systems integrators, IT companies and resellers as a distributor, and we also deliver directly to enterprises that would rather buy from the source and keep one point of contact.
How do I get models and pricing?
Send us your requirement — extension count, number of sites, trunking, or the rooms you need to cover — and we will come back with a specification and a quotation. We do not publish a price list, because the landed cost of a system depends on how it is configured.
Is the hardware genuine and under warranty?
Yes. Every unit is sourced through Yeastar and Yealink authorised distribution and carries the manufacturer warranty. We register it and run the claim for you if something fails.
Do you install, or supply only?
We supply, and where a project calls for it we install and commission. For partner-led or remote deployments we provide configuration support and remote assistance instead.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Indonesia, shipped from our base in Surabaya. Multi-site rollouts are scheduled in phases so each location goes live together.
Can you supply for Microsoft Teams?
Yes. We supply Teams-certified Yealink phones and meeting-room devices that provision against your Microsoft 365 tenant, so rollout is managed from the Teams admin centre.
