PT System Network Nusantara is a hardware distributor for business communication, based in Surabaya. We supply Yeastar and Yealink equipment to the systems integrators, IT companies and enterprises that build and run voice networks across Indonesia.

The company exists because of a specific gap: enterprise communication hardware is easy to specify and harder to source locally with a real warranty behind it. So we buy through authorised distribution, keep the ranges projects actually use, and support what we sell — which is a different job from forwarding a box.

Most of our work is behind the scenes. A partner wins the project; we make sure the right appliance, the right number of handsets and the right meeting-room kit arrive on time, correctly configured, with the paperwork that makes a warranty claim painless.
